Shipping and returns

Made to order

Every print is made for you when you order. Prints usually ship within 3 to 5 business days; orders with a framed piece ship within 5 to 7 business days.

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us right away. Once your print is in production we may not be able to change it.

Shipping

We ship to US addresses only. Orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after they ship, and you get a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Free shipping applies to print-only orders of $100 or more after discounts. Orders with a framed piece pay postage for every box, quoted at checkout from your ZIP code.

Most orders ship by USPS. Our largest framed size, 36x48, ships by UPS because it is too big for USPS.

Unframed 8x10 and 11x14 prints ship flat in a rigid mailer or rolled in a tube. Larger unframed prints ship rolled in a tube. Framed pieces ship flat in a protective box, ready to hang.

Damage

If a piece arrives damaged, we replace it free. Email a photo of the damage and the box to john@frontierprints.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make and ship a new one at no cost to you.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when the piece is in its original condition. Email us first and we will send return instructions.

You pay the return postage unless the piece arrived defective or damaged. We refund the item price once the piece is back with us, to your original payment method. Banks usually post refunds within 5 to 10 business days.
