The agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and Frontier Prints LLC ("Frontier Prints", "we", "us") when you use frontierprints.com or buy from us. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy and our Shipping and returns policy are part of these terms.

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Orders

Every print is made to order. We accept your order when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item cannot be made, if a price or description was wrong, or if we suspect fraud.

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Need to change or cancel? Email us as soon as you can. Once your print is in production we may not be able to change it.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we will tell you and let you choose to pay the right price or cancel for a full refund.

We charge sales tax where the law requires us to. Today that means Arizona transaction privilege tax (currently 8.6%) on orders shipped to Arizona addresses. Tax is shown before you pay.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page. We accept major cards and the digital wallets shown at checkout. Your payment is charged when you place the order.

Shipping and delivery

Production times, shipping costs, carriers and delivery estimates are on our Shipping and returns page. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; carriers sometimes run late.

Your order is our responsibility until the carrier delivers it. If a piece arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it, as our Shipping and returns page explains. Once an order is delivered, it is yours.

Returns and refunds

You can return a piece within 30 days of delivery under our Shipping and returns policy, which also covers damage, refunds and who pays return postage.

How our pieces look

• Screens show color differently, so a print in your hands may look a little different from your screen.
• Framed pieces are put together by hand in Phoenix, Arizona, so small differences between pieces are normal. Framed pieces have an acrylic or styrene front, never glass.
• Room photos are styled images that show a piece in a setting. Furniture, walls and lighting are there for mood, and the scale is approximate.
• Sizes name the print itself. A frame adds its own width around it.

Our artwork and your print

The artwork, photos, text and design of this site belong to Frontier Prints or our licensors and are protected by law.

When you buy a print, you own that physical print. You can hang it, gift it or resell that one print. You do not get the right to copy, scan, photograph for reproduction, print, sell or share copies of the artwork, put it on other products, or use it as training data for any software.

Sharing a photo of your wall on social media is welcome.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, getting around its security, scraping or copying our catalog or images with automated tools, placing fraudulent orders or abusing promotions.

We may block access or cancel orders when the site is misused.

Promotions and discount codes

From time to time we offer discount codes, sales and multi-print savings. The rules:

• One discount per order. If more than one could apply, checkout uses the one that saves you the most. Discounts do not stack.
• Some discounts are capped on certain items, so the amount taken off a piece may be less than the headline number. Checkout always shows the exact amount before you pay.
• Each code has the amount, minimum order and end date stated where we offer it. Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied to past orders.
• Personal codes, such as welcome codes, are for the person we gave them to. We may cancel codes, or orders that use them, if they were obtained by breaking these rules, for example by signing up many times.
• Welcome code. Sign up for our emails and we send a code for 15% off one order. Every spin of the signup wheel wins the same 15% off; it is not a sweepstakes. One welcome code per person, good for one order, for 30 days.

We can end or change a promotion at any time, but a change will not affect an order you already placed.

Referral program

When our referral program is running, every customer gets a personal referral link after an order. Share it with friends: give $20, get $20.

• Your friend gets $20 off an order of $100 or more through your link.
• You get a single-use code for $20 off a future order of $100 or more once your friend's order ships. Only friends who are new customers count. The code is good for 90 days. A cancelled or refunded order earns nothing.
• Each link works for up to 10 friends.
• You cannot refer yourself. Orders placed with your own email address or your own card do not count.
• Referral discounts follow the promotion rules above, including one discount per order.
• We may withhold or cancel rewards earned through fake accounts, spam or other abuse. We can end or change the program at any time; reward codes already issued stay good until they expire.

Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it as is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived, including any implied warranties those laws give you.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, such as for harm caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

If something goes wrong

Most problems are solved with one email. Before filing any claim, please email john@frontierprints.com and give us 30 days to make it right.

If we cannot settle it, Arizona law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules, and any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona. Either of us may instead bring a claim in small claims court where it qualifies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.
