The Rattler is minimalist rattlesnake art with a steady eye. The snake curls in a bold S, its ochre body marked with dark brown diamonds and a jagged ridge along its back. The head is calm and watchful. At the bottom, the rattle stands straight up, pale and banded.
Deep forest green sets off the gold of the scales. The shapes are geometric and clean, a modern take on the desert's most famous guardian, and a nod to stillness before the strike.
