Because every print and canvas is made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or offer replacements for misorders, sizing issues, or change-of-mind decisions.
If your order arrives damaged from shipping, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. Just send clear photos of the damage to help@frontierprints.com within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly send you a priority replacement.
Please be sure to open and inspect your order upon arrival, as we’re unable to offer replacements for damage reported after the 14-day window.
